In the beginning was God.

They made aprons from the fig tree leaves, and hid from God's 'face.

Until God slew an innocent lamb to cover the disobedient pair.

And drove them from the Garden into a world of care.

He promised Eve that from her seed a Son would be born and given.

To crush the serpent's head and make a way to heaven.

Cain offered something sacrificed that was a growth of the earth.

But Abel offered a blood sacrifice that spoke of the new birth.

Cain rose ups and slew Abel for sin crouched at his door.

But God in His grace gave them another son and Gods word he bore.

Seth was born to take Abel's place, whose blood spoke from the ground.

Then men called upon the name of God, but sin grew and did abound.

 Until a man found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

His name was Noah, a righteous man, that listened to God's word.

He said, "Noah, I'm going to send a flood to cleanse the earth of sin.

Go and build an ark and invited them to come in".

 For, I will send a flood that will be caused by a 40 day rain.

The unrighteous just laughed because they knew not it was for their gain.

They continued in sin, not willing to bend and turn from their wicked way.

So, then there was the flood that took Noah and his family away.

All life was destroyed ... as Noah had told them God said.

Noah and his family with the animals God sent were saved....all else was dead.

Then came Jesus Christ our Lord, who came as the Son Of Man.

He paid the price that we would have life for this has always been His plan.

So, dear friend, all there's left to do is 'call on Jesus name'.

He will save your soul and make you whole and wash your spirit clean.

This is called the new birth offered to all born on earth so....
