Where the Word of the King is, there is power..,(Ecc. 8:4a) :  Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand hearing (doctrine) ? them that are weaned from the milk and drawn from the breast. (Isaiah 9:8)  And thine ears shall hear a Word behind thee,  saying,.  This is the Way, walk ye in it, when you turn to the right hand, and turn to the left. ( Isaiah 30:21)  And an highway shall be there, and a  Way, and it shall be called  The Way of Holiness..., (Isaiah 35:8)  Jesus saith unto him, I am the Way.., (John 14:6)  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. GOLDEN POT OF MANNA

Scripture References:                                                                                             Rev. 2:7, Psalms 51:6, Isa. 45:3, Ex. 16:11-31, Psalms 78:24-25, Num. 11:1-9, John 6:31-38, and Prov. 25:2

When the children of Israel murmured against God and Moses, after their deliverance from bondage, God sent them Bread from Heaven to prove them whether they would obey Him or not. They were commanded to gather this food daily except for the Sabbath and they were to gather twice as much on the day before Sabbath.

Manna in the Hebrew means "What is it" and in English it is simply "Bread". This Bread God sent for their portion was for Israel what the Bread from Heaven (Jesus Christ) is for us today. Even the place of Jesus' birth (Bethlehem) means "House of Bread".:

1. Sufficient..., there was no lack.

2. Suitable..., all could eat..., mixed with milk for the babes, baked in loaves for the young men, and eaten as it came for the fathers.

3. Strengthening..., made the partakers strong , no illness among them.

4. Satisfying..., no one went hungry.

5. Sustaining..., lasted forty years.

6. Security..., never failed.

Manna was small (humility), round (perfection of life) and white (purity of character). The taste was coriander seed (releases fragrance when crushed), fresh oil (spirit anointing), honey (sweetness of Word of God), and bdelieum (pearl).

Manna came every morning and fell around the camp. This is just a thought, but the ones camped closer to the Tabernacle (leaders) had to walk farther to gather daily bread. Those in the ministry of Jesus Christ have to go a little farther to glean daily for their own selves. The Lord sent dew and then the Manna fell upon the dew, then God sent more dew on top of it. Manna was encased in the water from Heaven and that is how our manna comes today..by the Spirit. As the dew lifted the manna is revealed , then the son melts that which remains after all have gathered, not one bit was wasted.

When Jesus explained that Moses did not give the Israelites the Manna, but His Father in heaven had sent them the bread. Then He spoke plainly saying

"I am that Bread of Life. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. THIS is the Bread that cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof and never die. I AM the living bread. If any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread I will give is my flesh, which I will give, for the life of the world."

Saints, He was the Word made flesh...if we eat this Word we have everlasting life...we are what we eat. When John ate the BOOK written inside and out there in the heavenliest with Jesus, it was sweet in his mouth and after eating the BOOK he was commissioned a prophet to the nations.

Manna became man and dwelt among men and commanded us to eat his flesh (Word) and drink His blood (Spirit) in order to have life in Him. All we have studied in the Tabernacle became a living being. The Lampstand became a Life and that Life became the Light of the world. The Bread table and the shewbread became a man and gave his anointed bread to His sons. The Veil became flesh and said put your hand in my side...when our work is in Him our Walk is in Him.

The Manna is here...let us eat!
