Incorruptible Seed Would you know I am reading in Peter again and got caught up in the church order He listed in Chapter two and when I saw this in the first book he wrote...I realize how blessed we are to be called the children of the Most High.
THE INCORRUPTIBLE SEED
Scripture reading: 1 Pet. 1:18-25; Rom. 1: 1-4; Luke 1:74-75; Peter was very earnest in exhorting all the scattered saints (that's the global church) to love each other "with a pure heart fervently" and he wisely took his argument, not from the law, nor from nature, or from the vanity of man's philosophy, but from the divine nature which God has birthed in His people. This was provided in the covenant made in the Godhead before the creation that the Son would bring many into His likeness, and was activated at our new birth. Even as the apostle made it clear that the Word which was made Flesh (the Incorruptible Seed) births in us a kingly spirit and holy behavior and makes us not only a nation of kings, but a holy nation of priests and Jesus Christ (The Incorruptible Seed) is our High Priest. The Seed does more than save us (Praise God He initially does that), He equips us to walk holy, blameless, and without fear in the priestly callings of Jesus Christ in this present world. How blessed we are by the grace of God. As sons of the King of Kings we are also in a Royal Priesthood. In the Levitical priesthood, the High Priest's sons had freedom to enter the Holy Place of revelation from the Golden Lampstand, eat the Hallowed Bread and pray at the Incense Altar. We birthed of Incorruptible Seed are privileged to fellowship Him in the Holy Place and receive His revealed knowledge, eat the anointed bread of His Spoken Word and pray in the Spirit until our will yields to His. It is important to acknowledge that when we have a calling into the ministry of Jesus Christ, we must separate ourselves unto the Word of God. The testimonies of great deliverances is what we are separated from, when we speak before the people it should be what we are separated unto .. Word. God's children are heirs of glory, sons in the royal bloodline, descendants of the King of kings, the oldest and most royal of all kingdoms. When Peter said to them, "See that you love one another", (love is vital and it cast out all fear so we can love all the brethren, and is the identifying mark of a christian), because of our noble birth, being born of Incorruptible Seed; because of our blood line, being children of God, the Creator of all things; and because of our predestined immortality, we shall never pass away, though the glory of the flesh shall fade, and its existence shall cease and we will be clothed with the heavenly. Even though we were born into this world by the corruptible seed, we are now born again by the Incorruptible. For in Adam all die, but in Jesus Christ all can be made alive. Praise God For His Mercy Endures Forever! It would be well if, in the spirit
of humility (of our minds), we recognized the true royalty of our regenerated
nature, and lived up to it. That does not mean we will not err, but it does
mean, that as Priest's Sons we can go to the Laver of The Word and wash our
hands and feet (work and walk) in order to go on into His glorious resting place
(Word) here on this earth. When we rest in His Word (this is the rest that
remains for the weary) we are seated with Him in the Spirit. Remember the Mercy
Seat (where God meets with us in this wilderness) rested on three things. 1. The
Written Commandments, 2. The Manna which is the sustaining Word, and 3. The
Preferred Anointing (Aaron's rod). When we are resting in the Living, Written,
and Spoken Word we are seated with Jesus in the spirit. This is the rest where
the weary may rest ... Glory to God. For Deeper Insight
